One version of the truth
A corporate event budget usually lives in a spreadsheet that travels between the event team, the agency, procurement and finance. Each copy is a little different, and nobody can say which number was approved.
In Yestivo there is one budget per event. After it is approved, every change keeps the old amount, the new amount, the reason and the name of the person who approved it.
Two ways to use it

Can we export budgets for accounting?+
Yes. Download any budget as an Excel file with categories, subtotals and the approval status of each line.
Can we see past events?+
Yes. Finished events can be archived and stay searchable, so last year's prices are always one search away.
What does it cost?+
Yestivo is free while in early access, no card needed. Paid plans will be priced per agency, not per event or guest, and founding agencies keep a launch price for 12 months. We tell you well before anything changes.
