As accurate as the numbers you enter. It is meant for a first answer, not a quote. Prices for venues, catering and hotels differ a lot by city, season and day of the week.
Is anything I type saved?+
No. The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or saved.
Where do contingency and agency fee come from?+
Both are a percentage of the subtotal of costs. VAT is then added on the total including contingency and fee. Change any percentage to match your agreement.
What does it cost?+
Yestivo is free while in early access, no card needed. Paid plans will be priced per agency, not per event or guest, and founding agencies keep a launch price for 12 months. We tell you well before anything changes.
